Terms of Service
CREDIT CARD POLICY:
All clients require a credit card on file to book an appointment. With the input of this card number and your signature you consent to us charging your card in the case of a last-minute cancellation or no-show.

CANCELATIONS: We have reserved this time especially for you. We require a minimum of 48 hrs. notice for cancelations or changes to services.
If you need to cancel your appointment within the 48 hrs. you will be charged 50% of the cost of the services. I understand a fee representing 50% the cost for each service missed will be added to my profile and must be paid before I book another appointment. Repeated cancellations may result in being required to place a non refundable deposit before booking.

NO SHOWS: Will be charged 100% of the services scheduled. No Shows may result in being blocked from booking.

ADJUSTMENTS: We strive to provide you with the highest level of service possible. If your hair needs a small adjustment, please reach out to us within 7 days and we will do our best to fit you in as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds on services.

GIFT CARD : Gift cards can only be used for services and cannot be used on products. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash,check or credit.

REFUNDS: You may exchange any unopened retail product within 14 days of purchase. Your stylist will suggest an alternative product to meet your needs and the value of the product you are returning will be applied towards the new product. We do not offer refunds on opened products. Retail returns can't be used as a service credit.
